As Product Owner for our eCommerce Shop, you are at the heart of BLACKROLL’s digital commerce experience and will be working closely with our Product Owner Web Experience and other Product Owners and stakeholders across the company. You will lead the evolution of key areas in our online shop — from product discovery to checkout — and directly impact how users engage, convert, and return. You will translate customer needs, business objectives, and technical possibilities into delightful and conversion-strong shopping experiences.
Your role will combine strategic ownership and hands-on collaboration with our tech, design, CRM, and e-commerce team. You’ll also co-drive the platform vision and infrastructure across global markets.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and optimize Product Listing & Detail Pages (filtering, sorting, merchandising logic, mobile-first design).
- Drive conversion optimization through cross-sell, up-sell, bundles, and personalized product recommendations.
- Design and refine cart & checkout flows, ensuring seamless and localized experiences with regional payment providers.
- Manage the Shopify backend including product setup, metafields, tax & shipping rules, and payment integrations.
- Evaluate and integrate Shopify Apps and custom solutions that enhance the customer journey.
- Develop and govern transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates, triggers) and optimize return workflows with self-service tools.
- Implement personalization features & A/B testing (recently viewed, CTA optimization, conversion experiments).
- Ensure GDPR compliance and oversee performance-critical third-party tools (e.g. Klaviyo, Trusted Shops).
- Contribute to analytics, tracking, and reporting (GA4, GTM) to drive data-informed decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on customer account features, global navigation, and overall shop strategy.
