Team and Responsibilities
As a UX Lead you are at the heart of BLACKROLL’s digital experience and will be working closely with our Product Owners and stakeholders across the company. You will lead the evolution of our UX across our media channels, site, app, loyalty and other consumer touchpoints. You will lead a team across our key design and delivery agency partners and serve as a single point of contact for the stakeholders and provide governance of UX strategy and principles. Your role will combine strategic ownership and hands-on collaboration with our tech, design, CRM, and e-commerce team. You’ll also co-drive the platform vision and infrastructure across global markets.

- UX strategy and principles definition for Brand evolution
- UX definition for cross-channel user journeys: Media->Site->Mobile App->Loyalty
- UX framework for cross user community engagement: health seekers (B2C) <-> health professionals (B2B)
- UX design for each channel (Figma)
- Ensure a seamless mobile experience across all digital touchpoints and devices
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new and existing features
- Conduct user research and usability tests (e.g. A/B testing, heatmaps, user interviews) to validate and improve concepts
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams to bring user-centric solutions to life
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and brand alignment
- Translate business and user needs into clear, engaging, and technically feasible UX solutions
- Governance across agencies working on different elements (Brand, CRM/Loyalty, Site, App)
- Assess the current team structure, skills, and processes; make recommendations
