DEINE VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN

Unterstützung bei der Koordination und Betreuung von Influencer-Kooperationen (z. B. Akquise, Briefings, Content-Freigabe)
Recherche und Auswahl passender Creator:innen für Kampagnen und Brand-Kooperationen
Unterstützung bei der Analyse und Erstellung von Reportings im Influencer Marketing
Mitarbeit bei der Planung, Umsetzung und Auswertung von Kampagnen & Events
Einpflege von Inhalten und Produktinformationen im CMS
Upload und Pflege von Bildern, Videos und Blogartikeln auf unseren Plattformen
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung neuer Content-Formate für Social Media, Blog & Newsletter
Mitwirkung an Projekten zur Digitalisierung und Prozessoptimierung im Marketing
Allgemeine Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft des Marketing-Teams

Dein Profil

Du studierst BWL mit Schwerpunkt Marketing / Medien oder Kommunikation/ Sportwissenschaften hast bereits eine Ausbildung in diesem Bereich oder Ähnliches
Du kennst dich mit Plattformen wie Instagram, TikTok und YouTube bestens aus
Du bringst ein digitales Mindset und Begeisterung für neue Trends im Influencer- & Content-Marketing mit Erfahrung mit CMS-Systemen (z. B. Crafts, Wordpress o. ä.) ist ein Plus
Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und eigeninitiativ
Erste Kenntnisse in SEO, Photoshop oder Canva sind wünschenswert
Du sprichst Deutsch und Englisch fließend – weitere Sprachen willkommen

Would you like to gain insights into the world of influencer marketing and learn how to bring content and products to life digitally?
At BLACKROLL®, you’ll work in a motivated marketing team that builds our brand holistically – focusing on strong content, authentic collaborations, and innovative campaigns.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the coordination and management of influencer collaborations (e.g. acquisition, briefings, content approval)
Research and select suitable creators for campaigns and brand collaborations
Assist in the analysis and preparation of influencer marketing reports
Contribute to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of campaigns and events
Maintain content and product information in the CMS
Upload and manage images, videos, and blog articles on our platforms
Support the creation of new content formats for social media, blog, and newsletter
Participate in projects related to digitalization and process optimization in marketing
Provide general support for the daily operations of the marketing team

Your profile

You are studying business administration with a focus on marketing / media or communication / sports science, have completed training in this area, or possess comparable experience
You are very familiar with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
You have a digital mindset and enthusiasm for new trends in influencer and content marketing
Experience with CMS systems (e.g. Craft, WordPress, etc.) is a plus
You work in a structured, reliable, and proactive way
Basic knowledge of SEO, Photoshop, or Canva is desirable
You are fluent in German and English – additional languages are welcome
