As Country Manager France, you take full commercial responsibility for the French market and actively drive the continued expansion of BLACKROLL® in France.
With clear ownership of performance, presence, and growth, you strategically develop the market, strengthen key retail partnerships, and increase brand relevance nationwide.
You combine entrepreneurial thinking with strong operational execution – laying the foundation for sustainable, long-term growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As Country Manager France, you take full commercial responsibility for the French market and actively drive the continued expansion of BLACKROLL® in France.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- You own the overall performance of the French market, with a clear focus on growth, profitability, and brand strength.
- You develop an ambitious retail and distribution growth strategy and execute it with consistency and discipline.
- You strategically expand our market presence – both in reach and in quality.
- You lead commercial negotiations at eye level, develop strong joint business plans, and ensure excellent POS execution.
- You identify new market opportunities, set clear priorities, and allocate resources effectively.
- You collaborate closely with central marketing teams to systematically translate brand awareness into demand and sell-out.
- You ensure powerful local execution of campaigns, launches, and retail activations that create real visibility.
- You steer the market based on data, use insights as a competitive advantage, and make clear entrepreneurial decisions.
- You act as the strong voice of France within the global organization – strategic, constructive, and growth-oriented.
