Unser ERP ist bei BLACKROLL® das operative Rückgrat unseres Unternehmens. Es ist unser zentrales System of Record und bildet die Grundlage für saubere Prozesse, belastbare Daten und reibungslose Abläufe im Tagesgeschäft.
Als ERP Operations & Systems Owner übernimmst Du die operative Verantwortung für ERP-Prozesse, Datenqualität und Systemstabilität im Daily Business.
Dein Fokus liegt auf Stabilität, Standardisierung und Skalierbarkeit – nicht auf Produktstrategie oder Architekturentscheidungen.
Produktvision, Priorisierung und Systemarchitektur liegen beim Senior Product Owner und den technischen Leads.
Du stellst sicher, dass das ERP im operativen Betrieb zuverlässig funktioniert – heute und mit Blick auf unser Wachstum.
Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen und Technik und sorgst dafür, dass Prozesse im System sauber, konsistent und effizient abgebildet sind.

DEINE VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN

Du übernimmst die operative Verantwortung für ERP-Prozesse und deren zuverlässige Abbildung im Tagesgeschäft.
Du stellst Stabilität, Datenqualität und Konsistenz unseres ERP als System of Record sicher.
Du übernimmst die operative Verantwortung für die stabile und korrekte Abbildung von Order-to-Cash-, Retouren- und Korrekturprozessen im ERP.
Du stellst die saubere Abbildung von Beständen, Warenbewegungen und Lagerstrukturen sicher.
Du verantwortest die Qualität und Struktur unserer Stammdaten (Artikel, Kunden, Gesellschaften, Lager).
Du stellst die systemseitig korrekte Abbildung finanzrelevanter ERP-Prozesse und Buchungslogiken sicher.
Du unterstützt beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung von ERP-bezogenen KPIs und Prozessmonitoring, um Stabilität und Skalierbarkeit messbar zu machen.
Du identifizierst operative Schwachstellen und treibst Standardisierung sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung aktiv voran.
Du arbeitest eng mit Product Owner, Tech Leads und Fachbereichen zusammen – mit klarem Fokus auf operative Exzellenz, nicht auf Produktstrategie.

Dein Profil

Du bringst fundiertes ERP-Know-how mit starkem technischem Verständnis mit.
Du hast Erfahrung in der operativen Verantwortung für ERP-zentrierte Prozesse.
Du verstehst End-to-End-Prozesse über Systemgrenzen hinweg und denkst in sauberen Prozessketten.
Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Datenqualität, Prozesslogik und Systemstabilität.
Du arbeitest strukturiert, analytisch und lösungsorientiert.
Du fühlst Dich wohl in einer Rolle mit klarer operativer Ownership und Prozessverantwortung.
Du verbindest technisches Verständnis mit betrieblicher Praxis.

At BLACKROLL®, our ERP is the operational backbone of the company. It serves as our central system of record and forms the foundation for clean processes, reliable data, and smooth day-to-day operations.
As ERP Operations & Systems Owner, you take operational responsibility for ERP processes, data quality, and system stability in daily business.
Your focus is on stability, standardization, and scalability – not on product strategy or architectural decisions.
Product vision, prioritization, and system architecture remain with the Senior Product Owner and the technical leads.
You ensure that the ERP runs reliably in day-to-day operations – today and as we continue to grow.
You work at the interface between business functions and technology, ensuring that processes are mapped cleanly, consistently, and efficiently within the system.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You take operational ownership of ERP processes and ensure their reliable execution in day-to-day business.
You ensure stability, data quality, and consistency of our ERP as the central system of record.
You are responsible for the stable and accurate system mapping of order-to-cash, returns, and adjustment processes within the ERP.
You ensure the correct representation of inventory, stock movements, and warehouse structures.
You are accountable for the quality and structure of master data (articles, customers, companies, warehouses).
You ensure the correct system-side mapping of finance-relevant ERP processes and posting logic.
You support the development and continuous enhancement of ERP-related KPIs and process monitoring to make stability and scalability measurable.
You identify operational weaknesses and actively drive standardization and continuous improvement.
You collaborate closely with the Product Owner, Tech Leads, and business departments – with a clear focus on operational excellence rather than product strategy.

Your profile

You bring strong ERP expertise combined with solid technical understanding.
You have experience in operational ownership of ERP-centered processes.
You understand end-to-end processes across system boundaries and think in clean process chains.
You have a strong understanding of data quality, process logic, and system stability.
You work in a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way.
You feel comfortable in a role with clear operational ownership and process responsibility.
You combine technical understanding with practical business experience.
