As an Education Manager, you make scientific insights tangible and translate them into impactful learning experiences. In doing so, you empower our global community with evidence-based knowledge that builds trust, enhances performance, and promotes lasting well-being.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You develop and structure high-quality educational content across formats (video, written, courses, app-based learning).
  • You translate scientific insights into clear, engaging, and pedagogically sound learning experiences.
  • You design and maintain a consistent learning architecture across all formats and platforms.
  • You deliver trainings and workshops (online & offline) and represent BLACKROLL’s expertise with confidence and credibility.
  • You research and integrate relevant scientific findings to ensure accuracy and continuously improve content quality.
  • You own and manage education projects end-to-end, ensure consistent quality standards, and collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Content teams to scale the education ecosystem.

Your profile

  • You have a strong background in sports science, physiotherapy, training, or a related health/performance field.
  • You have a solid understanding of movement, recovery, and health, combining theory with a practical, hands-on perspective.
  • You translate complex topics into clear, structured, and engaging learning experiences and have experience creating educational content (e.g. courses, workshops, video, digital formats).
  • You work with a high level of scientific rigor and quality, and understand the impact of educational content on engagement and trust.
  • You are a confident communicator, comfortable on camera and delivering trainings and workshops.
  • You bring strong organizational and project management skills and are experienced in coordinating cross-functional projects.
