Influencer marketing is a key pillar of our strategy. With this role, we take the next step: you will further develop our influencer ecosystem, strategically expand channels such as YouTube and TikTok, and strengthen long-term creator partnerships to sustainably scale our brand presence.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Development & Channel Expansion
You further develop our influencer marketing strategy, with a strong focus on building YouTube and TikTok as growth channels while continuously strengthening Instagram as a core platform. - Creator Ecosystem Development
You identify relevant creators, build long-term partnerships, and develop scalable collaboration models across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. - Influencer Acquisition
You identify, evaluate, and acquire influencers who align with our brand, positioning, and target audience. - Campaign Management
You plan, manage, and execute influencer campaigns end-to-end — from briefings and contract negotiations to content alignment. - Performance Analysis & Optimization
You analyze campaign performance based on key KPIs (reach, engagement, brand impact, sales) and derive targeted optimization measures. - Budget Management
You co-own the influencer marketing budget and ensure efficient, performance-driven allocation. - Trend & Market Analysis
You continuously monitor trends, platform dynamics, and market developments to further evolve BLACKROLL strategically.
