YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic Development & Channel Expansion
You further develop our influencer marketing strategy, with a strong focus on building YouTube and TikTok as growth channels while continuously strengthening Instagram as a core platform.
Creator Ecosystem Development
You identify relevant creators, build long-term partnerships, and develop scalable collaboration models across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
Influencer Acquisition
You identify, evaluate, and acquire influencers who align with our brand, positioning, and target audience.
Campaign Management
You plan, manage, and execute influencer campaigns end-to-end — from briefings and contract negotiations to content alignment.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
You analyze campaign performance based on key KPIs (reach, engagement, brand impact, sales) and derive targeted optimization measures.
Budget Management
You co-own the influencer marketing budget and ensure efficient, performance-driven allocation.
Trend & Market Analysis
You continuously monitor trends, platform dynamics, and market developments to further evolve BLACKROLL strategically.
