Marketplaces are more than sales channels for us — they are a key lever for growth, visibility, and customer experience.
This role is responsible for the further development of our Amazon and marketplace business across relevant markets. The focus lies on continuously optimizing content, conversion, and performance, as well as scaling our marketplace structures.
The role takes a holistic approach: from listing quality and data-driven steering to forecasting and close collaboration with Marketing, Performance Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations.
The goal is to systematically translate visibility into sustainable growth and continuously evolve our marketplace presence.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITES
- You create, optimize, and maintain high-performing Amazon listings (SEO, keywords, content, A+ content, images) with a clear focus on conversion and visibility.
- You plan and execute A/B tests to continuously improve conversion rates and customer experience.
- You are responsible for sales forecasting, revenue planning, and stock alignment in close collaboration with Supply Chain and Operations.
- You manage and develop product feeds and channel setups (e.g., via Channable).
- You define, track, and optimize key KPIs such as sales, profitability, conversion, and visibility.
- You collaborate closely with Marketing and Performance Marketing and act as the main interface for campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives on Amazon (no direct ad management).
- You analyze market trends, competitors, and performance data to identify growth opportunities.
- You take ownership of operational account management and continuously improve processes and structures.
- You coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth execution and scalable growth.
