Your Mission
You own BLACKROLL's most strategic retail partnerships across Germany and Austria. Your mission is to grow existing business, successfully introduce new product categories and retail concepts, and identify commercial opportunities that create long-term value for both our customers and BLACKROLL.Working closely with Trade Marketing, B2B Marketing and cross-functional teams, you transform ambitious ideas into outstanding retail execution and sustainable growth.
Your Responsibilities
- Strategic Key Account Ownership
Own and develop a portfolio of strategic retail accounts across Germany and Austria, building long-term partnerships and sustainable growth plans. - Revenue, Forecast & Commercial Planning
Take responsibility for annual sales planning, forecasting, budget management and commercial performance across your customer portfolio. - Joint Business Planning & Trade Activation
Develop and execute annual business plans with retail partners, including promotions, campaigns, product launches and commercial growth initiatives. - Retail Excellence & POS Development
Drive the rollout, optimisation and expansion of BLACKROLL’s premium retail concepts, secondary placements, branded spaces and in-store experiences together with the Trade Marketing team. - Sell-In & Sell-Out Performance Management
Monitor and improve account performance through data-driven account management, sell-out initiatives, assortment optimisation and close collaboration with retail partners. - Category & Product Expansion
Identify opportunities to successfully introduce and scale new BLACKROLL product categories and solutions within existing and emerging retail channels. - New Business Development within Retail
Acquire and develop new strategic retail partners within priority segments including Sports Retail, Healthcare Retail and Sleep Retail. - Cross-Functional Commercial Leadership
Act as the central commercial interface between customers and internal teams, collaborating closely with Trade Marketing, B2B Marketing, Supply Chain and Product Management to ensure best-in-class execution.
